1040.05 OBSTRUCTION OR INTERFERENCE PROHIBITED.

The water mains of the City shall be under the exclusive control of the City Manager and no person, other than agents or employees of the City, shall tap, change, obstruct, interfere with or in any way disturb the system of water mains.
