1040.04 RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY TREASURER.

The City Treasurer shall be responsible for the collection of water bills. All revenues therefrom shall be accounted for in a manner satisfactory to Council and shall be deposited forthwith in a depository designated by Council. The Treasurer shall prepare and present a monthly financial statement of the receipts and expenditures of the Water Division to Council.
