As used in this chapter:
(a) “Division” means the Division of Water in the Department of Public Works of the City.
(b) “DPW” means the Department of Public Works.
(c) “Water connection” means that part of the water distribution system connecting the water main with the premises served.
(d) “Water main” means that part of the water distribution system located within easement lines or streets designed to supply more than one water connection.
