1024.05 STOP ORDERS; PERMIT REVOCATION.

The City of Davison may issue a stop order to any person holding a permit issued under this chapter for failure to comply with the rules, regulations, plans and specifications established for the construction, rebuilding or repair of any sidewalk. The issuance of such stop order shall be deemed a suspension of such permit.
