No person shall construct, rebuild or repair any sidewalk, except in accordance with the line, grade, slope and specifications established for such sidewalk, and without first obtaining a written permit from the City of Davison. The fee for such permit shall be as set forth in the City's fee schedule, as amended from time to time by resolution of Council.
