(a) Professional Engineer's Seal. All plans and specifications submitted under this chapter shall bear the seal of a professional engineer registered as a civil engineer in the State.
(b) Submittal. Plans and specifications shall be submitted to the City in triplicate, plus a reproducible copy of each on polyester drafting film or tracing cloth. The City will, after approval by the City Engineer, return one copy to the owner of the property acknowledging acceptance thereof. Upon receipt of the approved set, construction of streets may begin, provided the final plat has been approved by Council, if applicable.
(c) Format. The required plans shall include a cover sheet showing a plan view of the complete job and split plan and profile sheets of all sections of the street. Only one type of improvement shall be shown on a particular sheet.
(d) Sheet Size. Plans shall be prepared on sheets twenty-four by thirty-six inches or twenty-two by thirty-four inches.
(e) Scale. The scale for the cover sheet shall be at least one inch equals 100 feet. The plan view scale shall be at least one inch equals thirty feet.
