1020.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "City Engineer" means the City Engineer and/or the City Building Official.
(Ord. 75-27. Passed 10-20-75.)
   (b)   "Street" means all of the land lying between property lines on either side of all streets, alleys and boulevards in the City, including lawn extensions and sidewalks and the area reserved therefor where the same are not yet constructed.
