(a) The Glastonbury Manor shall be exempt from City taxes pursuant to Act No. 346 of the Public Acts of 1966, as amended, and shall, instead, pay to the City an annual service charge for public services in lieu of all such City taxes. The annual service charge shall be ten percent of ninety-five percent of the total annual rent based on 100 percent occupancy of Glastonbury Mayor during the City's fiscal tax year.
(b) Subsection (a) hereof shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with State law unless otherwise determined by Council.
