An application for the license required by Section 870.02 shall be made in writing to Council and filed with the City Clerk. Such application shall give the full name of the applicant, his or her residence, the place where he or she intends to do business, the kind of business and the length of time for which a license is desired. If the applicant is a partnership, the names of all partners and their street addresses shall be given, and if the applicant is a corporation, the names and addresses of all officers shall be given.
