The following amusements are hereby declared to constitute public nuisances contrary to the safety, health, morals and welfare of the public and are prohibited:
(a) Shooting galleries;
(b) Endurance contests or marathons; and
(c) Freak shows, where artificial or natural curiosities are exhibited.
No person shall conduct, participate in, attend or sell or purchase tickets for such amusements in the City.
