Upon receipt by the City Clerk of the application, copies of the same shall be forwarded to the chief law enforcement and health officers of the City and to such other appropriate public officials as the Clerk deems necessary. Such officers and officials shall review and investigate matters relevant to the application and, within twenty days of receipt thereof, shall report their findings and recommendations to Council.
