(a) No person shall furnish, or contract to furnish, labor, services, materials or supplies for operating a C.A.T.V. system until after such person, to or for whom such labor, services, materials or supplies are to be furnished, has obtained the licenses required by this chapter.
(b) No person shall furnish, or contract to furnish, labor, services, materials or supplies for connecting any television receiving set to any C.A.T.V. system, or for repairing, maintaining or improving any such connection, until after such system is authorized to be operated under licenses required by this chapter.
(c) No person shall buy, or contract to buy, any television signals or the right to receive any such signals until the person selling or contracting to sell such signals or the right to receive such signals has first obtained the licenses required by this chapter.
(d) Sales and contracts made or entered into in violation of this section or any other part of this chapter shall be absolutely null and void for all purposes.
