808.03 APPLICATIONS FOR APPROVAL TO SELL OR DISTRIBUTE.

No application for approval to sell alcoholic liquor by the glass, or to become a specially designated distributor, shall be approved unless the applicant or transferee is in compliance with requirements of State law for such applications.
