668.11 BREAKING AND ENTERING; ILLEGAL ENTRY (WITHOUT OWNER’S PERMISSION).
   (a)   No person(s) shall enter upon or traverse across any privately owned property, or any public property closed to the public, unless such person has first obtained permission from the rightful owner or person with authority to act except as otherwise provided by ordinance.
   (b)   No person(s) shall enter, with or without breaking, a certain building or structure whether occupied or unoccupied, without first obtaining permission to enter from the rightful owner or occupant, agent, or person having immediate control thereof.
