668.07 OBSTRUCTION OF PEDESTRIANS; SUSPICIOUS PERSONS.
   (a)   No person shall conduct himself or herself in any public place so as to obstruct the free and uninterrupted passage of the public.
   (b)   No person shall prowl about any alley or the private premises of any other person at night without authority or the permission of the owner of such premises.
