(a) No person shall frequent, operate, or be an occupant of any place where any illegal business, occupation, or act is practiced, encouraged or allowed. Such activities include, but are not limited to: prostitution, illegal gambling, and the illegal sale of intoxicating liquor or controlled substances.
(b) No person shall knowingly transport any person to a place where any illegal business, occupation or act is practiced, encourages or allowed.
