(a) No person shall mark with any substance or in any other manner deface or damage any building owned, occupied or otherwise used as a school in the City.
(b) No person shall mark with any substance or in any other manner deface or damage any fence, tree, lawn or other fixture situated on lands owned, occupied or otherwise used by a school in the City.
(c) No unauthorized person shall remain within any school without securing the permission of the principal or person in charge of such school.
(d) No unauthorized person shall remain on any lands owned, occupied or used by any school in the City, or adjacent to a school, without securing permission from the principal or person in charge of such school.
