660.08 HOUSE PARTIES; ALCOHOL OR DRUG CONSUMPTION BY PERSONS UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE.
   (a)   No person, being an adult and having control over any residence or premises, shall allow any unrelated person, either by blood or marriage, who may be under the age of twenty-one years, to gather and consume any alcoholic beverage or illegal drug. Knowledge of such activity shall be presumed if said adult leaves such persons under the age of twenty-one years without supervision and consumption of alcohol or drugs can be shown.
   (b)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to legally protected religious observances or legally protected educational activities.
