No person shall give false information regarding the age of another person under 21 years of age for the purpose of procuring the sale of intoxicating beverages to such person under 21 years of age, nor shall any person furnish false documentary evidence to a person under 21 years of age which evidence such person under 21 years of age uses to purchase or to attempt to purchase intoxicating beverages.
