If the Council shall by resolution order a revision and codification of City ordinances, a number of copies of this as determined by the Council shall be compiled in booklet form and available for a fee for public distribution. An ordinance shall be adopted establishing such revised and codified ordinances together with any amendments, additions, or deletions. Such codified ordinances need not be recorded in The Ordinance Book.
