Section 8.11. Attorney.

The City Attorney shall be the legal advisor of the Council and of all officers and departments of the City and shall act as attorney for the City in all legal proceedings in which the City is interested, and the Attorney shall prosecute all offenses against the ordinances of the City and the provisions of this Charter. This Charter recognizes that City business may require more than one attorney.
