Section 7.8. Books, Records and City Property.

Immediately upon vacation of any City office, the vacating officer shall surrender to the Council or the Council's designee all books, papers, records, and other City property which may be in the officer's custody. The failure of the vacating officer to do so shall constitute a misdemeanor.
