Section 4.11. Nominations to Fill Vacancy in Elective Office.

Whenever it shall be necessary at any City election to elect an officer to fill a vacancy for an unexpired term, such fact shall be stated in the petitions filed for the purpose of nominating candidates to fill such vacancy.
