Section 2.4. Familiarity of City Officials With the City Charter.

Persons serving on the City Council, all boards, all commissions, City administrators, the City Attorney, the City Manager, all appointed officials, all elected officials, and all department heads are required to read the City Charter and file a letter with the City Clerk indicating that he or she has read the City Charter.
