Loose yard waste (small trimmings, sticks, small shrubs, grass clippings, and the like) shall be bagged, bundled, or placed in a separate container for collection. Limbs smaller than six inches in diameter should be placed with larger ends facing the street. Clean, natural, and undressed Christmas trees may be collected. Root balls, lumber, cement, rocks, and dirt of any kind are prohibited. Yard waste shall not be placed so as to impede any right-of-way for an unreasonable amount of time. Yard waste shall not be placed on roads so as to impede traffic flow nor interfere with the sight distance triangle.
