The weight of any individual storage containers together with its contents shall not exceed 75 pounds. Disposable solid waste containers may also be used for storage of residential solid waste, subject to approval by the Judge/Executive or his or her designee. When such containers containing solid waste are stored outside a dwelling or building, they must be stored in a manner that will prevent insect and/or rodent infestation or disturbance by wild or domestic animals.
