§ 50.014 ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION FEE.
   Any person delivering solid waste to the county transfer station or to the county landfill, in addition to any other fees, shall pay an environmental remediation fee of $1.75 per ton of waste delivered to the transfer station or landfill. For loads weighing less than one ton, the fee shall be $1.75.
