The owner or operator of any vehicle removed as provided in § 50.012 shall be required to pay all reasonable costs incurred by the Judge/Executive or his or her designee for removing and storing said vehicle before the Judge/Executive or his or her designee will issue a permit to the owner/operator/applicant.
