The Judge/Executive or his or her designee shall make, amend, revoke, and enforce reasonable rules and regulations, governing, but not limited to:
(A) Schedules of, and routes for, collection and transportation of solid waste;
(B) Processing facilities and fees for the use thereof;
(C) Disposal facilities and fees for the use thereof;
(D) Records of quantity and type of wastes received at processing and/or disposal facilities;
(E) Handling of wastes such as sludges, ashes, agriculture, construction, bulky items, tires, automobiles, oils, greases, and the like;
(F) Reporting requirements related to solid waste management in the county; and
(G) Any other matter relating to solid waste management in the county as directed by the County Fiscal Court.
