(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 31.05 or failing to conform to any of its provisions, or failing to obey any order of the Electrical Inspector issued pursuant to § 31.05 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $250, or imprisoned for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
