§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500, at the discretion of the court.
   (B)   Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
