§ 154.02 REAFFIRMING RESOLUTION RELATING TO FLOOD INSURANCE.
   (A)   The resolution dated April 6, 1973, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified herein and is adopted as though fully written herein, be and hereby is reaffirmed in all particulars, pursuant to the authority of KRS Ch. 100 and KRS 67.084.
   (B)   This section becomes effective immediately upon passage and publication.
