(A) Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 100.187 and KRS 100.193, the County Fiscal Court adopts § 1 - Goals and Objectives as approved by the Owensboro Metropolitan Planning Commission on September 13, 2012, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified herein as an Appendix and is incorporated herein as if set out in full.
(B) This chapter becomes effective immediately upon passage and publication.
