§ 151.10 LIGHTING IN AREAS OTHER THAN SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS.

   Street lighting in areas other than single-family residential subdivisions shall be permitted only:

   (A)   Upon final approval by the Fiscal Court of the street lighting agreement entered into between the property owners within the proposed street lighting district and the utility provider; and

   (B)   Upon compliance with the applicable standards in this chapter.
