§ 151.08 CONFORMANCE WITH PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
   Service by the utility provider to a street lighting district shall be governed by its approved tariff. This chapter shall not be read or construed to limit or interfere with the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth Public Service Commission.
