§ 150.02 ADOPTION OF THE COMMONWEALTH BUILDING CODE.
   The 2002 Commonwealth Building Code, and any subsequent editions thereto, be and is hereby adopted as the code of the county, but outside the corporate limits of the Cities of Owensboro and Whitesville, for commercial dwellings.
