§ 91.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 91.02(B) may, upon conviction, be fined from $50 to $500 for each violation of § 91.02(B).

   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 91.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each violation.
