§ 90.34 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this subchapter to interfere with a Dog Warden, law enforcement officer, or Animal Control Officer in carrying out and enforcing this subchapter.
   (B)   This subchapter shall apply to the current provisions of KRS Ch. 258 and all subsequent amendments from the date of their enactment into law unless specifically limited or qualified by amendment to this subchapter.
