§ 90.33 DUTIES OF ANIMAL CONTROL.
   When a dog is deemed dangerous, the Animal Control Warden may order:
   (A)   The dog to be spayed or neutered, if not already altered, unless a veterinarian certifies in writing that the dog is medically unfit for alteration; and/or
   (B)   A report with the County Court Clerk’s office verifying the dog is dangerous. Such report shall include names and address of owner, detailed description of dog, and qualifying papers stating dog is dangerous, such as a court order.
