§ 70.05 COUNTY ROAD, STREET, AND BRIDGE SYSTEM ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The roads and streets listed in Exhibit A attached to the ordinance codified herein comprise the “Daviess County Road and Street Index” and shall be maintained by the County Fiscal Court.
   (B)   This section becomes effective immediately upon passage and publication.
