§ 50.111 INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.
   If any person violates this chapter or any regulation or permit issued hereunder, the Judge/Executive or his or her designee may seek temporary or permanent injunctive relief or any other administrative, equitable, or judicial relief. The Judge/Executive or his or her designee may suspend service to any person for violating this chapter if such violation presents a substantial risk of harm to public health, welfare, or safety, or if the person fails to substantially complete the recommended corrective measures within the time period mandated by the notice of violation.
