§ 37.02 INNKEEPER’S FUNDS.
   (A)   All funds received by the County Auditor as a result of the collection of the Innkeeper’s Tax shall be distributed and used in accordance with I.C. 6-9-18-4. All monies received by the County Auditor shall be distributed solely to the County Visitor’s Bureau, and the monies shall be used to promote and encourage conventions, visitors and tourism within the county.
   (B)   Expenditures of the money may include, but are not limited to: expenses for advertising, promotional activities, trade shows, special events and recreation.
   (C)   County Commissioners and the County Council no later than May 31 of each year.
