(A) Under the authority of and subject to the provisions of the I.C. 36-8-16 et seq., an emergency telephone system fee is hereby established for the funding of the installation and operation of the enhanced emergency telephone system in the county.
(B) The fee shall be collected from the telephone service users of the county, and administered in accordance with the Indiana Code, as outlined at I.C. 36-8-16 et seq., and the following terms set forth in this subchapter.
