§ 35.05 CAPITAL PROJECTS BOARD; PROHIBITIONS.

Ord. 2007-3 is hereby adopted by the County Council to prohibit the Capital Projects Board from reviewing, revising and reducing the budget, tax rate and tax levy of each political subdivision located in the county.
