§ 33.05 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN.
   (A)   Order 1-2004 of the Board of Commissioners is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
   (B)   The Capital Improvement Plan of the county, as adopted by the Board of Commissioners through the adoption of Order 1-2004, is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
