§ 130.02 REWARD; DESTRUCTION, REMOVAL OR POSSESSION OF COUNTY HIGHWAY SIGNS.
   (A)   A reward in the amount of $1,000 shall be paid to any individual(s) who provide(s) information to any law enforcement agency which leads to the filing of charges against any individual, adult or juvenile, for the destruction, removal or theft of any sign belonging to the county.
   (B)   This section is being passed by the County Commissioners in an attempt to apprehend individuals responsible for the destruction, removal or theft of county highway signs and to deter other individuals from that action, and would be paid to any individual supplying the information as hereinabove set forth, notwithstanding the fact that the county may subsequently be reimbursed by the perpetrator through the appropriate criminal or juvenile actions which may be initiated against the individual(s).
