§ 130.01 REWARD; VANDALISM OF COUNTY PROPERTY.
   (A)   It has come to the attention of the County Board of Commissioners that the county is expending a large amount of tax money on vandalized county property, including, but not necessarily limited to, traffic control signs, roadway identification signs and lenses, light fixtures and bulbs at the county airport.
   (B)   The County Board of Commissioners have therefore determined that there shall be an amount set aside from the public funds to serve as a reward for any information given by any individual which leads to the conviction of any individual(s) who participate in, cause or are otherwise present when vandalism of property belonging to the county occurs.
   (C)   Vandalism, as set forth in division (B) above, shall mean the damaging, destruction, removal and/or theft of any property belonging to the county (regardless of which department, subdivision or location of the property).
   (D)   The county will not disclose the identity of any individual who provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of any vandal.
   (E)   The amount of the reward will be at the discretion of the County Board of Commissioners, but shall not exceed the sum of $500.
