(A) Daviess County is divided into three County Board of Commissioner election districts, designated numerically as follows:
(1) District One. This district shall consist of the following precincts: Washington 1, Washington 2, Washington 3, Washington 4, Washington 5, Washington 6, Washington 7, Washington 8, Washington 9, Washington 10, Washington 11, Washington 12, Washington 13, Washington 14, Washington 15, Veale 1 and Harrison 1;
(2) District Two. This district shall consist of the following precincts: Barr 1, Barr 2, Reeve 1, and Van Buren 1; and
(3) District Three. This district shall consist of the following precincts: Steele 1, Bogard 1, Madison 1, Madison 2, Madison 3, Elmore 1 and Elmore 2.
(B) Daviess County is divided into four County Council election districts, designated numerically as follows:
(1) District One. This district shall consist of the following precincts: Bogard 1, Elmore 1, Elmore 2, Madison 1, Madison 2, Madison 3 and Van Buren 1;
(2) District Two. This district shall consist of the following precincts: Barr 1, Barr 2, Washington 1, Washington 5, and Washington 6;
(3) District Three. This district shall consist of the following precincts: Harrison 1, Reeve 1, Washington 4, Washington 11, Washington 12, Washington 13, Washington 14, and Washington 15; and
(4) District Four. This district shall consist of the following precincts: Steele 1, Veale 1, Washington 2, Washington 3, Washington 7, Washington 8, Washington 9, and Washington 10.
