§ 115.01 SANITARY OPERATIONS.

All places, individuals and businesses that offer body-piercing or affix any type of permanent tattoo to a person shall be regulated by this chapter and shall maintain the premises in which tattoos and body- piercing are performed and maintain equipment used in the tattoo and body-piercing process in a sanitary manner.
