§ 112.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AUTOMOBILE GRAVEYARD. Any establishment or place of business which is maintained, used or operated for storing, keeping, buying or selling wrecked, scraped, ruined or dismantled motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts.
   COUNTY HIGHWAY or COUNTY ROAD. The portion of the county highway or county road so designated on the county highway map as amended, which is kept in the county highway garage and those roads which the county receives money from the state.
   JUNK.
      (1)   Old or scrap cooper, brass, rope, rags, batteries, paper trash, rubber, debris, waste or junk, dismantled or wrecked automobiles, or parts thereof from iron, steel and other old or scrap ferrous or non-ferrous materials.
      (2)   Also, used lumber.
   JUNKYARD. An establishment or place of business which is maintained or operated or used for storing, keeping, buying or selling junk or for the maintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard and the term shall include garbage dumps and sanitary fills, but shall not include any scrap metal processing building.
   PERSONS. Any individual firm, partnership, corporation, group or association.
   SCRAP METAL PROCESSING FACILITIES. An establishment having facilities for processing iron, steel or non-ferrous metal and whose principle product is scrap iron, steel or scrap for sale for smelting purposes only.
   VISIBLE. Capable of being seen by a person of normal visual activity using the highway system.
